- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan to apply for the Kalibai Scooty Yojana 2025.
- Only girl students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/minority communities or economically weaker sections of the general category are eligible for this scheme.
- If a girl student has already received benefits from any other scooty scheme, she cannot apply for this scheme. However, if she previously obtained a scooty from the TAD department or school department based on Class 10 marks, she can receive a cash amount of ₹40,000 based on her Class 12 performance.
