• The original allottees, their legal heirs or successors (mutates) and buyers of DDA apartments are all eligible participants.
• Each applicant is only eligible for one flat under this plan, regardless of the number of apartments he or she has bought in Golf View Condo, as there are 364 available apartments on offer compared to more than 1100 qualified apartment owners.
• The allocation will be annulled and all payments, including the EMD will not be reimbursed if the citizen is not the apartment’s legitimate owner.
• The EWS apartment will not be available for possession until all procedures have been finished and the possession letter for the original HIG, SHIG or Penthouse apartment has been issued.
