Eligibility Criteria for YEIDA Plot Scheme 2025
The eligibility criteria to apply under the YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme 2025 are as follows:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. In the case of partnerships, a legal contract is mandatory.
- Any Indian citizen or Non-Resident Indian (NRI) who is not prohibited by the Government of India or the U.P. Government from purchasing real estate in the state is eligible.
- Only one plot per category can be applied for by any eligible citizen under this scheme.
- Individuals who have already received residential plots or apartments under any other scheme are not eligible to apply again.
- If the applicant’s spouse, children, or parents already own plots under the YEIDA scheme, the applicant will not be considered eligible.
- Only immediate family members (mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter, husband, or wife) with proper proof of relationship can apply as co-applicants. Other relations are not applicable.
- The program is open to both husband and wife. However, if both are allotted plots, one of them must surrender a plot within one month from the allotment date.
